【Key Responsibilities】
- Coordinate container loading and shipment schedules
- Support local e-commerce operations, including sourcing, store merchandising, order fulfillment, and dispatch
- Prepare import/export declarations and arrange shipping bookings
- Assist in accounting, finance, and payment reconciliation tasks
- Communicate with suppliers and procurement stakeholders to ensure smooth operation
【Requirements】
- Speak Mandarin reqired
- Basic administrative skills (Excel / inventory system)
- Able to work independently and follow SOPs
- Forklift licence is an advantage (not compulsory)
- Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
