Operations Associate - AI Campagin

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Campaign Operations Associate to own the day-to-day operational

execution of client campaigns. You will work closely with data, FDE and Product teams to

ensure campaigns are data-ready, accurate, running smoothly and continuously improved.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive and

comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of client campaigns and ensure smooth

execution.

• Validate, clean and format client data as per campaign requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation, quality checks and error identification.
• Coordinate with FDE/Product teams to resolve data, workflow or campaign-related

issues.

• Build and maintain SOPs, checklists and operational documentation.
• Track campaign performance, issues and pending actions to ensure timely closure.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively suggest process improvements.
• Support campaign launches, changes and time-sensitive operational requirements.
• Maintain high responsiveness and be available outside regular working hours,

including weekends, when critical campaign requirements demand it.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in campaign operations, client operations, data operations

or a similar role.

• Prior experience managing or supporting client campaigns is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and comfort working with data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Comfortable creating and following structured processes and SOPs.
• Prior exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities can change quickly.
