Aarishi Foods Private Limited is a fast-growing FMCG and food products company focused on expanding its presence across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate who can support day-to-day business operations while managing key e-commerce activities, including product listings, marketplace coordination, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage and maintain product listings across online e commerce marketplaces.
• Create new product listings and update existing listings with accurate product information, images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Monitor catalog health and resolve listing-related issues.
• Coordinate product launches and listing updates across marketplaces.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and catalog requirements.

Marketplace Advertising

• Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and ACOS.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and product visibility.
• Prepare periodic reports on advertising and sales performance.

Operations Management

• Support day-to-day operational activities and coordination across departments.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Assist in order processing, fulfillment coordination, and stock replenishment planning.
• Monitor marketplace service metrics and help resolve operational issues.
• Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and marketplace events.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, inventory, and advertising performance.
• Analyze marketplace data and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, visibility, and promotional activities.
• Maintain operational records and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplace management, or a similar role.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong aptitude may also apply.
