Operations Associate

• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and prepare detailed reports on orders, costs, and vendor performance.
• Generate accurate invoices for customer purchases.
• Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze market conditions and product costs to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
• Oversee and manage company inventory levels and product availability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Officer, Operations Agent, or in a similar role within a BPO setting.
• Strong background in vendor sourcing, including research, evaluation, and communication.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).

Work Setup:
Night shift (back-office operations) supporting our U.S. head office.

Compensation:
We offer a salary of 25,000, with total compensation of up to 50,000 including bonuses, based on performance.
