What they need
- Support the setup and execution of end-to-end operations for a new CPG business.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and other external partners.
- Manage purchasing, inventory planning, stock movement, and product availability.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, stock aging, and potential out-of-stock or overstock situations.
- Support order fulfillment and distribution across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), e-commerce, and other sales channels.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Track key operational and commercial numbers, including sales, inventory, COGS, margins, fulfillment, and operational expenses.
- Prepare regular operational reports and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and improve SOPs, workflows, trackers, and operational processes from scratch.
- Conduct market visits and support field operations when required.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and follow through until resolution.
- Support new initiatives, experiments, and business expansion as the company scales.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects based on evolving business priorities.
