Position Overview

Addepar capabilities are a key part of this role and candidates should have experience with Addepar or very similar systems. Leo Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Associate to join our team during a period of significant global growth. This role sits at the heart of the firm’s day-to-day operations, supporting the Director of Operations in delivering seamless client service and operational efficiency across a multi-location, international environment. A core requirement of this role is hands-on proficiency with consolidated reporting and other Fintech systems. The ideal candidate combines strong operational instincts with deep familiarity with wealth management workflows and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Operations in managing and improving daily operational workflows across U.S. and Asia office locations

• Administer and maintain the Addepar platform, including data integrity, account setup, reporting configuration, and troubleshooting

• Generate and distribute client portfolio reports and performance analytics

• Coordinate with advisors and client-facing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting and operational deliverables

• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and custodian coordination across multiple platforms

• Support compliance-related operational tasks including documentation, recordkeeping, and audit preparation

• Identify and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across the firm’s operations

• Assist with onboarding of new clients, staff, and office locations as the firm continues to expand globally

• Serve as a liaison between operations, advisory, and technology teams to ensure smooth cross-functional workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role within a wealth management, RIA, or financial services firm

• Hands-on experience with Addepar or another reporting system is required — including reporting, data management, and platform administration

• Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Intreractive Brokers, Saxo, Schwab Advisor Services, Fidelity, or similar)

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Ability to work effectively across time zones in support of a global team

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience supporting multi-location or international operations is a plus
