About the role
Assist with day-to-day loan application processes for clients, providing face-to-face support and guidance through company procedures and account management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist day-to-day loan application of clients face-to-face
- Assist clients in understanding their statement of account and corresponding derivations
- Assist clients in understanding company related processes and accommodations
- Monitor client payables as they come due and subsequently update clients
- Make sure that files are complete and sorted properly
- Other duties as assigned
About you
- Bachelor's or College Degree holder of any related field (Computer-related course preferred)
- Computer literate
- Willing to undergo training for intermediate understanding of MS Excel
- Must understand and follow strict protocols and abide process policies
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
