Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations, communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)
- Communicate with users and solve their queries on time.
- Handle issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
- Work with internal teams to fix operational problems.
- Support daily clinical and operational tasks.
- Improve processes to make work faster and smoother.
- Ensure a good experience for users.
Key Requirements
- 1 - 4 years of experience in operations or similar role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
