Operations Associate

Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Operations Associate in our Corporate office.

The successful candidate will:

• BA in Business Administration, Management or a related field, preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting executive or operations leadership, ideally within the multifamily or real estate industry.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entrata, and project tracking tools.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
• Solutions oriented with ability to excel in dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Ability to exercise discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
