Operations Associate

STRATQUAD E-SOLUTIONS CORP. (sister company of Dropify PH) is hiring for OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE!

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with dropshippers, mentors, and other internal teams.
• Assist with team tasks such as store creation (upload and delist products, sync stocks), system integration, store turnover, onboarding invites, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient administrative procedures.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Entrepreneurship, Office Management, or any related courses
• With at least 6 months of experience in general operations
• willing to be assigned at E. Rodriguez, Quezon City
