Operations Associate

Position: Operations Associate | Investment Management

An investment management firm is looking for an early-career professional to join its Client Operations team.

This is a role where you’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Service, Trading, and Operations — with hands-on involvement in portfolio monitoring, trade implementation, compliance, client accounts, and data.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create trades for client accounts and strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clients
• Monitor portfolios for adherence to investment guidelines, strategy models, and risk controls
• Communicate portfolio compliance issues to Portfolio Managers and Senior Management
• Support daily ETF Capital Markets activity in coordination with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Operations
• Assist with new client onboarding and account setup
• Maintain data integrity across client records and systems
• Participate in operational and cross-functional projects

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in investment management
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; portfolio administration experience a plus
• Recent undergrads considered IF they have related internship experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
