Operations Associate

About the role

This is a general administrative support position supporting team operations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, including responding to emails and handling correspondence
• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with dropshippers, mentors, and other internal teams
• Assist with team tasks such as store creation (upload and delist products, sync stocks), system integration, store turnover, and onboarding invites
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient administrative procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior

About you

• Graduate of BS in Entrepreneurship, Office Management, or any related course
• At least 6 months of experience in general operations
• Willing to be assigned at E. Rodriguez, Quezon City
