Operations Associate

Skill Set:

J.A. Uniforms designs and manufactures creative uniform programs for the hospitality industry in North American, Central America and the Caribbean. We add value to our client’s uniform program experience by emphasizing quality relationships and service - achieved by actively listening to our clients, assuming accountability for uniform programs implemented and conducting ourselves with transparency and integrity. Currently we have a Full-Time Operations Associate position available. The Operations Associate will place orders with vendors, track orders, address issues that arise with pending orders and develop relationships with vendors that facilitate access to product information and pricing negotiation. The position will also be responsible for processing returns and generating client credit memos.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of business related experience
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM
• Fluent in English
• Attention to detail
• Business writing skills in English
• Proficiency with computers and learning computer software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team oriented

Office is located in West Kendall and office hours are Mon - Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time
