Operations Associate

Location: Kakkanchery, Malappuram, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support daily production activities, monitor workflow, maintain records, and ensure smooth coordination across production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities and target achievement.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and scanning data.
• Ensure availability of materials and proper storage of finished goods.
• Monitor staff attendance, workstation allocation, and discipline.
• Identify and report production issues, delays, and shortages.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support employee training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Experience: 0-3 Years
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Production Operations

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
