Capstone is partnering with a boutique advisory firm to appoint an Operations Associate.

Our client is a successful and growing, boutique advisory firm within the property and built environment sector. As the business enters its next phase of growth, it is seeking a commercially minded operations leader to strengthen its platform and support its long-term strategy.

The role

• Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the business and help drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to strategic planning and business growth
• Financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
• Developing systems, processes and reporting to support scale
• Leading, developing and growing the team
• Supporting client relationships and business development

About you

• Senior operations or leadership experience within a professional services environment
• A background in project management or the property sector is highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience
• Proven people leadership and a collaborative approach
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused business
