Job Summary

The role involves shipment scanning, documentation, vehicle coordination, dispatch operations, shipment tracking, and customer query handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle shipment barcode scanning and documentation (primary responsibility).
• Assist with vehicle planning and docket routing.
• Perform quality checks and ensure timely vehicle dispatch.
• Follow up on ASL and undelivered shipment reports.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and shipment-related queries.
• Prepare Cash on Delivery (COD) reports and track shipments.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
