Hiring: Operations Associate (Startup | Hybrid | Hong Kong)

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and wearing multiple hats.

Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid – remote + flexible in-person meetings)

Salary: HKD 18,000–22,000/month (commensurate with experience and fit)

Experience: 0–5 years (startup or high-growth environment preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day operational coordination across the company
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and contract administration
• Coordinate payroll, MPF enrolment, and HR-related administration
• Support recruitment logistics and onboarding processes
• Liaise with clients, vendors, accountants, and external partners
• Build and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and documentation systems
• Provide direct operational support to the founding team

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years experience in a startup or fast-paced SME environment
• Agile mindset – adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with change
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Independent and resourceful problem-solver
• Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, evolving work environment
