Freedom Code Compliance (FCC) is a tech-driven private provider company running plan review and inspections for construction projects across Florida. We’re established, profitable, and doing seven figures a year. In September we launched our own AI-driven software platform, and we’re tuning it now to get ready for one thing: massive growth in 2027.

We’ve already automated a huge share of our work with AI agents. So we don’t need button pushers, processors, or clock watchers. We need builders. People who see a problem, take ownership and think “What is possible?”

What you’ll actually do

You start as our front line with clients. Every department, every workflow, every problem worth solving goes through you. You’ll:

• Own client issues from start to finish and solve them, not just pass them along
• Rotate through every department: intake, plan review, inspections, billing, and the platform itself
• Learn our clients, their projects, and how the construction and permitting world really works
• Live inside our AI platform, break it, and tell us how to make it better (we have an in-house DEV team)
• Find what’s slow, manual, or dumb, and help us fix it

When we move into growth mode early next year, you’ll know the business inside and out. Where you go from there is up to you. We’re building the org chart as we grow, and the people who prove themselves are the ones who fill it.

• High energy, all the time. You bring it every day without being pushed.
• A self-starter. We give you guidance and more resources than you’ll know what to do with. Using them is your job.
• A sponge. You absorb everything, then come back hungry for more.
• Tech-savvy with a builder’s mindset. You already make things with software, automation, or AI because you can’t help it.
• Adaptable. Our company, platform, and team change constantly. You change with it and push it forward.
• Owner, not passenger. You give feedback, take ownership, and help shape where this goes.

What we don’t care about

Your degree. Your resume. Your years of experience. We DO care about energy, attitude, and drive. Construction industry knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.

The one requirement you can’t skip

Show us something you’ve built. A business, an app, an automation, an AI workflow, a website, a tool that solved a real problem. Big or small, polished or scrappy, just show us something real.

Include a link with your application (GitHub, live site, Loom video, Google Drive, whatever works). If you make the cut, you’ll walk our VP of Operations through it live.

The details

• Starting salary: $50,000 to $65,000, based on what you bring
• Full-time, on-site at our Port St. Lucie office
• Reports directly to the VP of Operations
• Monday through Friday, with extra hours when growth pushes need it. We’re building something big. This isn’t a 9-to-5 mindset role.
• Start: ASAP
