About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work across customer support, financing applications, operational processes, and daily business execution to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in operations, customer service, sales, banking, financial services, call centre, retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, banking, lending, or fintech will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working towards operational, service, and customer-related targets
• Good computer literacy; familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms will be a strong advantage
• Able to identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce repetitive work, and improve operational efficiency

Working hour

• Full-Time

  • 5 days/week (Sunday + 1 weekday off)
  • Shifts: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM OR 10:45 AM – 8:15 PM
