About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work across customer experience, financing applications, operational processes, and daily business execution to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams while gaining hands-on experience across different aspects of fintech operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in operations, customer service, sales, banking, financial services, call centre, retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face, by phone, and through messaging channels
• Responsible, hands-on, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working towards operational and service standards or targets
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with digital productivity tools; experience with AI tools is an advantage
• Able to identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and support operational efficiency

Working hour

• Full-Time

  • 5 days/week (Sunday + 1 weekday off)
  • Shifts: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM OR 10:45 AM – 8:15 PM
