Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Operations Associate. The associate will work on daily operational activities, assist in supply chain management, coordinate with various teams to streamline processes. We are looking for a hands-on operations professional to execute purchasing activities, inventory processing, and regional logistics operations. This role will work with internal & external stakeholder on daily operations.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience with Purchase Order (PO) management.
• Is proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Is familiar with FedEx, DHL, couriers, and freight forwarders.
• Has strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Is able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Level: Associate / Senior Associate (1 to 2 years' experience)

Employment Type: Part-Time (Remote)

Contract: 1-year contract, subject to extension

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
• 25 hours per week
• Working hours may be adjusted based on business needs.

Probation Period : 4-week period (extendable once)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders.
• Oversee inbound inventory and returns processing.
• Coordinate fulfillment of online orders for coffee capsules, machines, and accessories.
• Support logistics, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, couriers, and freight forwarders.
• Support retail store and service center operational activities.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
