Operations Associate Retail

What You ll Be Doing Here s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Monitor site performance using key metrics such as B10s, rejections, missing items, and cancellations, and identify performance gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver on-site training to store staff on Deliveroo SOPs, including picking accuracy, substitution handling, and order prioritization.
• Maintain documentation of site visits, issues identified, and actions taken, and provide regular performance updates.
• Perform basic hardware and technical checks on store devices (tablets, SIMs) and escalate issues when required.
• Collaborate closely with store managers and staff to ensure stock accuracy and efficient order preparation.

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with mobile/tablet applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations and spend extended time on-site.
• Experience in grocery, retail, or delivery operations is a plus.

Working Hours This is a full-time field role, typically aligned with store operating hours. Associates are expected to work 5 days per week, with flexibility required based on operational needs and site coverage plans.
