The Operations Associate (Signer Team) plays a critical role in executing and signing digital asset transactions while ensuring compliance with internal controls, security protocols, and regulatory standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, operational efficiency, and flexibility to support the organization’s 24/7 transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Execute and oversee digital asset transactions using Multi-Party Computation (MPC) protocols, ensuring accuracy, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with security procedures.
• Customer & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, delivering a seamless and professional service experience.
• Operational Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams to troubleshoot operational challenges and drive continuous process improvements.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all signing activities comply with Thai SEC regulations, internal policies, and best practices. Promptly report any security breaches, system issues, or process failures, ensuring swift resolution.
• Shift & Onsite Support: Maintain flexibility to work in rotational shifts (day and night) and onsite presence to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work rotational shifts (Day and Night) to support 24/7 operations in an on-site environment
• Familiarity with digital asset custody, blockchain technology, and MPC protocols is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, Jira or Confluence is a plus
