About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

The role will oversee audit operations, team performance, customer and carrier engagement, process improvements, and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting global client accounts.
• Ensure effective execution of audit processes and timely resolution of audit exceptions.
• Allocate tasks, prioritize workloads, and monitor team deliverables.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions and review KPI reports and scorecards.
• Ensure achievement of customer metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with carriers and customers to understand requirements and provide excellent service.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and carrier concerns.
• Maintain and improve SOPs and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and employee development activities.
• Promote a positive, high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Customs Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in accounting, logistics, freight audit, financial analysis, customer management, or related fields.
• Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Professional and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule, including afternoon or graveyard shifts, supporting 24/5 operations.
