Operations Auditor

The Operations Auditor is responsible for assessing and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes within the warehouse or distribution center. The role includes reviewing workflows, inventory management, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Audit Warehouse Operations:

• Conduct regular audits of warehouse activities, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and storage processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Control:

• Verify stock levels, track inventory discrepancies, and perform cycle counts.
• Review inventory management systems and recommend improvements to reduce errors or loss.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all inventory-related transactions.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review safety protocols, equipment inspections, and accident reports.
• Monitor and report any safety violations or concerns.

Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Work with warehouse management and staff to implement corrective actions and process changes.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of improvements implemented.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure timely reporting of audit results and compliance status.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Skills: Knowledge in data analysis and audit software tools

Work Experience: At least two (2) year Internal Auditing experience

Experience in Operation’s Audit is advantage

Professional Certification: CPA is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
