Operations Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst (Insurance Company)

The Operations Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting operational reporting needs, particularly for Policy Servicing and Customer Service functions. This role focuses on the preparation, maintenance, and enhancement of Business-As-Usual (BAU) operational reports, as well as leading Power BI reporting automation projects based on existing reports. This position is project-based and business-oriented, not a pure developer role.

1. Operational Reporting (BAU) - - - - - Prepare, maintain, and deliver routine operational (BAU) reports for: o Policy Servicing o Customer Service Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all operational reports. Perform regular data validation and reconciliation. Provide basic operational insights to support performance monitoring. Work closely with operations teams to understand reporting needs and process changes.
2. Power BI Reporting & Automation (Project-Based)

4. Stakeholder Management

Technical Skills

Microsoft Excel (Advanced):

o Pivot Tables

o Lookup functions

o Data cleaning and preparation

Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus.

Experience transforming manual reports into automated reporting solutions.
