WE ARE HIRING: Operations Clerk

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Clerk to join our team in Lagenda, Kulai, Johor!

Job Details

• Salary: RM 1,800 – RM 2,200 per month (Competitive rate for SPM / Diploma Fresh Graduates)
• Job Type: Full-Time (3-month probationary period)
• Location: Taman Lagenda, Kulai, Johor

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Receive and process incoming customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Billing & Documentation: Generate invoices and delivery orders using our internal system.
• Stock Control: Oversee incoming stock from suppliers to verify correct amounts and ensure good product quality.
• Delivery Coordination: Arrange daily shipments with drivers or third-party delivery services.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Languages: Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp). Experience with accounting software is a bonus.
• E-Invoice Advantage: Knowledge of LHDN e-Invoicing is a huge plus!
• Traits: Responsible, organized, and possesses a strong eye for detail.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of admin/logistics experience are welcome to apply.
