• Digitalize and file transport documents

• Ensure document correspondence with the referenced shipment

• Verify driver's documents upon his return to the terminal (document completed according to quality standards)

• Take customer requests for pickup received through different channels: telephone, email, edoc

• Validate and enter data contained on the bill of lading

• Support operations in their daily tasks

• Perform all other related tasks

• 3 weeks of vacation starting May 1st following your hiring

• Schedule : Monday to friday 2pm to 10.30pm
• High school Diploma or equivalent experience
• Up to 2 years experiences in the transportation field
• Experience in Truckmate system
• Confortable in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Team work skills
