  • Assist with collections by contacting customers regarding past-due balances, payment status, and account follow-up.
  • Help process rental paperwork, customer forms, billing information, and other operational documents.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Monitor trailer movement, availability, and status updates in company systems.
  • Support branch management with administrative tasks, reporting, and daily operational needs.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software systems.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Prior experience in trailer leasing, transportation, logistics, equipment rental, collections, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with trailers, trucks, yards, rental equipment, or fleet operations.
  • Experience handling customer accounts, collections, billing, or inventory control.

  • Comfort working both in an office environment and outside in a trailer yard when needed.

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Able to work with both office staff and yard/shop personnel
  • Dependable and willing to take ownership of daily tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company
