Operations Co-ordinator

Key Job Responsibilities

• Workflow Coordination: Manages daily operational tasks, project workflows, and team communication to ensure goals are met.
• Logistics & Inventory: Oversees supply chain activities, inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Data & Reporting: Prepares reports on operational metrics, inventory, and expenditures (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
• Process Improvement: Identifies bottlenecks, suggests solutions, and implements new procedures to increase efficiency and lower costs.
• Vendor/Client Relations: Liaises with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Suite,
• Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication for inter-departmental collaboration.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is often preferred, though not always required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
