Operations Co-ordinator

We need operations coordinator for Bilara Jodhpur location.

Location: Bilara Jodhpur Rajasthan

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: 35000/- to 40000/- PM

Job Duties:

• Focuses on the logistical flow between the office and site activities, ensuring payments are tracked and communications are clear.
• Project Coordinator: Focuses on tracking project milestones, managing site updates, handling client or vendor billing, and keeping communication logs.
• Office Manager: If this person also oversees other staff, manages budgets, or has a high level of autonomy over the business operations.
• Administrative Operations Manager: A broader title for someone handling the blend of financial tasks (payment collection) and logistical tasks (site and office coordination).
• Email & Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for the company email inbox; screen, prioritize, and respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff.
• Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, organize digital and physical files, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, book appointments, and schedule meetings between management, site teams, and clients.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
