Operations Command Centre (OCC) Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations through the Operations Command Centre.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track operational activities, updates, and pending issues using company software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain operational data and records accurately.
• Handle billing-related coordination and documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Monitor and follow up on operational tasks, incidents, and escalations.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of operational issues.
• Perform back-office and administrative activities related to operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all operational activities.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations / Command Centre / MIS / Back-office roles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with operational software and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of billing and documentation processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to monitor multiple activities and handle time-sensitive tasks.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
