- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective compliance management systems, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance into business processes.
Job Requirements :
- 8-30 years of experience in Auditing, Operations Compliance Manager or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (RCM) principles and practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
