Operations Consultant

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall business operations and improve efficiency.
• Oversee production, sales, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with departments, clients, vendors, and management.
• Manage manpower, procurement, inventory, and contractors.
• Ensure SOP, quality, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
• Prepare MIS, KPI, and management reports.
• Monitor action plans, follow-ups, and pending tasks.
• Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity, and business growth.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 10 years (Required)
