Operations Consultant (Construction Systems & Process Improvement)

Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Operations Consultant to support businesses in improving operational efficiency, implementing systems, optimising workflows, and training teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can quickly learn new platforms and processes, communicate clearly with clients, and tailor training and support approaches to suit different learning styles and business needs.

Experience within the construction, trades, or field service industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business operations and identify process improvement opportunities
• Map and document operational workflows and business processes
• Design and improve customer journeys to create efficient and consistent client experiences
• Implement and support operational systems and software platforms
• Quickly learn and become proficient in new software systems and technologies
• Deliver client training sessions and provide ongoing team upskilling
• Adapt communication and teaching methods to suit different clients and team capabilities
• Work directly with clients to understand operational pain points and recommend practical solutions
• Assist businesses with change management and system adoption
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Support businesses in streamlining scheduling, quoting, job management, invoicing, and internal workflows

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
