Operations Control Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Security Management, or any related field

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, monitoring, dispatch, logistics, security, or control center operations.

A 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience in ATM Operations, Cash-in-Transit (CIT), fleet monitoring, dispatch coordination, or security operations is an advantage

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational monitoring/reporting systems.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Strong understanding of SOPs, security protocols, incident escalation, and operational controls.
