Handle curtailment issues as per the SOP

Develop a deep understanding of exchange-related software and ensure complete usage of existing IT software.

Updating state templates and changes in the profitability sheet in software as and when required

Interaction with clients, and IEX /PXIL officials and providing Suggestions/solutions to their satisfaction, reply to client's queries independently and politely on an immediate basis.

Day ahead and contingency planning and application processing i.e. preparing, consent follow-up, punching, etc.

Handle curtailment issues as per the SOP and ensure no deviation is made

Regular update and maintenance of a complete database.

Prepare applications and coordinate with clients for on-time scheduling of power.

Preparation of all the reports on time with zero errors.

Prepare Inter Department - Monthly data, schedule sheet, etc.

Gathering client satisfaction feedback for working on regular intervals and taking measures to enhance the skills

Update with regulatory knowledge and Learn existing/new markets on an exchange platform
