This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving environment where you’ll manage logistics, build strong contractor relationships, and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor trucks across multiple jobs
• Deliver professional service to customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Support compliance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations
• Use internal systems to manage scheduling and documentation
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new contractors

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (transport, civil, or earthmoving preferred)
• Understand fatigue management (highly regarded)
• Work collaboratively across teams
• Have excellent communication skills and leadership potential
• Have a good work ethic and effective time management in an environment that has competing priorities
• Are flexible with your work times e.g. 6 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 6 pm, 7 am to 4 pm - with availability for monthly Saturday morning work (paid in addition to your salary)
