Operations Controller

• Key Responsibilities
• Track activities from lead registration and trial through quotation, contract, installation, servicing, invoicing, collection, renewal and machine recovery.
• Maintain a consolidated tracker showing pending actions, responsible persons and completion deadlines.
• Follow up with each department to ensure commitments are completed and handovers are properly documented.
• Coordinate the preparation of service schedules one month in advance and monitor completion, changes and pending visits.
• Check that contracts, customer documents, PO/LPOs and required approvals are available at the relevant stages.
• Follow up on completed services to ensure service reports, customer acknowledgements and supporting documents reach Accounts for timely invoicing.
• Track pending invoices, receivables and collection commitments with Sales and Accounts.
• Coordinate machine and consumable requirements with Service and Warehouse, including deployment, replacement and recovery.
• Track customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Identify missed deadlines, incomplete documentation and unresolved issues, and escalate them to the Business Head.
• Prepare consolidated reports covering service completion, billing, collections, renewals and outstanding departmental actions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
