Operations Controlling Manager

We're partnering with a Multinational Home Appliances company to find an Operations Controlling Manager, This is a rare opportunity to shape financial decision-making at the heart of a manufacturing business, with a clear path to a regional role.

• Real ownership: You will be the sole contributor for Egypt, with the authority to make strategic decisions.
• Room to grow: The role is expected to expand into an MEA-focused position within about 2 years.
• A flexible hybrid setup: 1-2 days at the Sadat City factory, 1-2 days at the 6th of October office, and 2 remote days each week.

What you will do

• Cost management: Own manufacturing, standard, landed, and production cost.
• Supply chain partnership: Align strategy across procurement and operations.
• Procurement and raw materials: Oversee the purchasing department, optimize raw material spend, and lead benchmarking.
• KPIs and performance: Design, implement, and track KPIs, identify optimization gaps, and drive improvement.
• FP&A: Support planning, forecasting, and analysis under the Finance umbrella.
• Internal control: Build and maintain robust internal control frameworks.

What you bring

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in manufacturing
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in cost controlling, supply chain, purchasing or raw materials, KPIs, and FP&A
• Regional exposure (preferred)

Pay: From E£100,000.00 per month
