Operations Coordinator

At Avida Estate , we're looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to become the backbone of our growing luxury real estate company.

Working closely with our CEO and COO, you'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly, from managing day-to-day operations and property listings to supporting leadership with a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office

• Coordinate and maintain property listings across company platforms

• Prepare contracts and manage company documentation

• Oversee our CRM system and support the sales team with administration

• Coordinate appointments, property viewings and internal workflows

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the CEO and COO across a variety of business activities

• Help improve internal processes and ensure the business operates efficiently

Must have

✔ Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

✔ Fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish or Swedish are a plus)

✔ A valid driving licence

✔ Strong communication and administrative skills

✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

✔ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
