Operations Coordinator

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between hubs and the central operations team. The candidate will be responsible for daily operational follow-ups, reporting, meeting coordination, and timely resolution of operational escalations.

Key Responsibilities

1.Monitor daily operations and follow up on ODH/MDH performance.

2.Coordinate with hub teams to ensure smooth first-mile and last-mile operations.

3.Conduct daily operational review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

4.Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.

5.Handle and resolve central team and hub escalations within defined timelines.

6.Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.

7.Analyze operational data and share performance reports with management.

8.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and operational efficiency.

9.Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and reporting).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification

Graduate

13 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.

Experience in MIS reporting and operational coordination is preferred.

Salary

17,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience)
