Operations Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the branch and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate branch sales, service, parts, logistics, and administrative activities.
• Assist in customer coordination, equipment deliveries, and service scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain branch documents, reports, and records.
• Monitor orders, inventory, equipment movement, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with Head Office, customers, suppliers, and branch personnel.
• Assist the Head Office personnel in daily operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Administration, or related field.
• Experience in operations, administration, logistics, or heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask.
