Operations Coordinator

Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a thriving team in the property investment sector. We are looking for a motivated and organised professional who can ensure the seamless management of property purchase transactions by coordinating with third-party stakeholders such as brokers, conveyancers and solicitors.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor deadlines proactively to ensure property transactions progress without delays
• Follow up with brokers, solicitors, conveyancers, and other stakeholders to meet key obligations and deadlines
• Track transaction progress, resolving any bottlenecks or delays
• Finalise and close out tasks upon settlement, ensuring smooth completion
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
• Support contract and client file preparation for property transactions
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and clarifying next steps
• Coordinate internal meetings and milestones to support project goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and quality

What you'll need:

• Must have prior experience in property investment transactions or within the finance industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
• Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
