Operations Coordinator

About the role

You will play an important role in supporting the sales and operations team by ensuring customer orders, documents and records are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Update & Maintain item list and Purchase Price List as instructed by Operations on company Business Central ERP
• Update Customer Purchase Orders & create Sales Orders (SO)
• Maintain and update vendor delivery tracking excel list
• Maintain PO folders in Microsoft Sharepoint to update new customer POs, drawings and related document
• Ensure order information for accuracy and issue Vendor PO
• Prepare quotations as instructed by Sales team
• Assist with general sales support and administrative duties

About you

• Experience in ERP systems is an advantage
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Organized, careful and detail-oriented
• Responsible and able to complete tasks accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
