Salary: CLP $1,200,000 - $1,500,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Chile.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily operations, support internal teams, manage suppliers and clients, monitor operational processes, and ensure that activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
• Track tasks, deadlines, orders, services, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and KPIs.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Support resource planning and team coordination.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Assist management with administrative and operational projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, coordination, or a similar position.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical or professional education in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
