Operations Coordinator

Amaken is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage purchasing activities and demand forecasting for goods. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between suppliers, sales, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and business needs.
• Follow up regularly with the sales team regarding stock levels, sales trends, and forecast alignment.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock or shortages.
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Track supplier performance and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Follow up on shipping activities, including coordination with suppliers and logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle registration processes for new products in Lebanon in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and calculate commercial offers related to the Lebanon market, ensuring alignment with stock availability and cost structure.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Assist management in strategic planning related to supply chain and inventory control.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
