Operations Coordinator

Top priority for applicants with strong organization skills, AI skills, operation experience, or a background in luxury jewelery manufacturing.

CoreResponsibilities

• Coordinates with clients, factories, and internal teams (Design, Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment from placement to shipment.

​Order Processing & System Entry:

• Receive client POs, verify order details (specifications, quantity, price, delivery date), and enter data into the ERP system to generate SOs and work orders.

​Production Tracking:

• Place factory orders, monitor progress with the production team, track raw materials (stones, precious metals), and expedite orders for on-time delivery.

​Client & INTERNAL Communication:

• Act as the key contact for overseas clients on production status, coordinate material arrival schedules with Purchasing, and align with QC on inspection standards and Logistics on delivery arrangements.

-----Requirements-----

Experience & Background

• 2–3 years of experience in order processing, merchandising, or sales coordination in the jewellery export industry. Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes is a plus.
• HKDSE / Form 5 or above
• Familiar with ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel for data entry and report preparation).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
