Operations Coordinator

About the role

This role sits at the heart of the business, coordinating crews, equipment and event timelines so that every job, from a small reception to a large-scale gala, runs smoothly from bump-in to bump-out. You'll work closely with sales, warehouse and on-site team members to keep everything moving in a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and energised by variety.

• Scheduling staff and vehicles
• Tracking gear across concurrent events
• Liaising with venues and clients
• Solving problems before they become issues
• Actively on site to help create unforgettable looks

• Calm under pressure
• Willing to work with flexibility
• Able to integrate into a small team
• Full driver's licence (essential)
• Ability to work on ladders on site (essential)
• Have a full drivers license
