Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across operation team.

• Coordinate the delivery, collection, and keep track of movement of equipment/machinery.

• Liaise with site team for daily updates.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment, diesel usage, OT of workers and other documentation.

• Support management with operational reports, administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of company records and documents.

• Identify operational issues and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in operations coordination, administration, construction-related industries will be an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
